We provide fully functional clinic room for rent with an appropriate medical consulting set-up and basic examination equipment, examining bed and in-room washbasin.

Our staffs will bill your patients on the day, do banking and deposit any cash/cheques into your nominated bank account. Link your bank account to our terminal and you are ready to go. We also provide inpatient billing service via Eclipse, VMoney, Private or no-Gap billing.

Direct your mails to our practice. We are a paper-free practice. All your records will be managed and scanned into Genie Software on the same day.

You will be allocated a dedicated secretary as your direct point of contact. Our highly experienced team of staff will provide you full secretarial support.

We can arrange transcription services for your letters should you require one. Letters sent to GPs via secure HealthLink.

We will take regular feedbacks from you regarding the services delivered to you and consider your recommendations and suggestions on how we can optimise efficiency.

We are Genie integrated practice. Work from home with our secure remote log-in. Patients will be charted to each doctor and only visible to the respective doctors.

Our Practice Manager will be actively involved in helping your practice grow by suggesting various strategies and help you achieve your goals.

Doctors will need to register for retail staff parking and the parking fees will be reimbursed at the end of the month. 2hr free underground parking for patients.
